Framing Styles:
Mounting
Mounting means permanently adhere an artwork, usually a print/photograph, to a back material, such as sintra, dibond, and matboard. Do you want your print mounted?
Float
Float frame creates the illusion that your artwork is “floating” within the frame instead of being covered by it. Float means the space between the artwork and the frame. Do you want your art framed with a float? How much float do you want?
Window Mat
Window mat is a piece of matboard with a cutout window, through which the artwork is viewed. Artwork can be either covered by the window mat, or have a float from the edge to the window mat (Island Float).
