This Thursday January 15th marks the opening of Titus Kaphar’s first solo show with Jack Shainman Gallery (20th Street and 24th Street). Kaphar received an MFA from the Yale School of Art and the distinguished recipient of the Gwendolyn Knight and Jacob Lawrence Fellowship and his work has been included in many solo and group shows throughout the country. Downing Frames had the immense pleasure of framing 6 pieces in the upcoming show and we are all very much looking forward to seeing this incredible show. Titus Kaphar will be on view through February 21st.
